Thought I would take a few minutes to highlight our experience with Operation ROI. Op ROI has been a strategic partner of our company since 2010. Originally we started working with Greg and Gem utilizing them for data feed creation and management as well as managing our shopping feeds on various networks. We have also used Operation ROI for Google services like Adwords bidding and Shopping campaigns. Additionally we have used them for Affiliate network setup as well as campaign management on affiliate networks. 8 years later, we are still using Operation ROI as a strategic partner. We still use them for Adword campaign management as well as Amazon Seller assistance. At present they are executing all of our Amazon A Plus page creation. DO NOT hire this company for your small business. They are mis-leading and will absolutely use every opportunity to take advantage of you. Greg Yevich is a misoginistic individual with no respect for women. He inappropriately spoke to a female member of our team, used profanity towards her and blatantly disrespected her when she requested basic information on our services. We eventually had to dispute their charges with our bank. After we did this the CEO, Tony Cuozzo, threatened us with violence via phone and email saying "he was within driving distance to us" and would "kick down our door and take his money back" then proceeded to fraudulently speak about our brand across digital channels (I've attached screen shots). I really hope I can save another small business from this night mare.
