Overall Feedback:

Opia are in charge of the Google chromebook 90 day return scheme, they have had my device for well over a month and wont issue a credit. They keep your money in there bank for as long as they can, I have contacted them numerous times but its like a bunch of amateurs, its always another departments fault, and cant do anything until another department has done something. Do Not Use this company, keep away !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
