Garvin's hired Optimum over two years ago. We previously had never used an IT company. We had a family friend who "managed" our IT, which included showing up afterhours (after his day job) to run updates on our server. Long story short: our server crashed and we lost our backup- not that it mattered, the back up tapes we had didn't actually have any data. It was a nightmare!Optimum was like a knight in shining armor! They gave us recommendations BASED ON OUR NEEDS and what we were using. They gave us pricing for a variety of options. They gave us a dedicated on-site technician (we LOVE you, Scott), and they have a phone number for us to call anytime we have IT issues. This is all included in a simple, affordable monthly plan fee (this makes budgeting simple). If we have after hour calls, the pricing is fair and accurate.I have found the staff to be helpful, friendly and are they great listeners. I highly recommend them for IT.
