Lost $745 down payment and still did not get the right size sign. No sign in 2 months. Taking them to court to recover damages. Please read reviews about Scott and check him out at BBB. Wish I would have read reviews. I have to hire another sign company and start from scratch. Don’t be fooled by low price he quotes because you would lose your deposit.

Could not be happier with the work Optimum did on our very large inner office wall. We literally can't find a seam and our space was not easy to work with.. They were great during installation and we highly recommend them! All around great experience...

Be careful of this company.I wired a sign for them in September.(0 days later they still have not paid their bill.Optimum Sign, Scott was paid for my work, and he is forcing us to Lein his client for non payment.

I emailed the picture of the sign. Scott agreed to install that sign this Thursday, He gave me the estimate and he was suppose to charge me a down payment of $400 yesterday ,but today I found that Scott charged my card for $500. Today he finds out that he forget to charge me extra $120 dollars for the art work, This is so unprofessional , It looks like after thought milking.Do not run your business like that. Now my business opening will be delayed . I had arranged the opening on 20th of this month, advertised on my website .You are running a business too,put yourself in my shoes, then you will feel the pain. Be careful with this company. He threatened me by texting that he will put bad reviews on my new business. DONT PAY SCOTT OVER THE PHONE HE WILL CHARGE MORE WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW THAT.Good luck in running a business so unprofessionally.

Have contracted with Scott for several commercial signs. Quick turn-around and good designs by his crew. They offer a wide variety of products. If you can imagine it, they can put it together for you. Company stands by its work, and will let you know of any difficulties that might come up in a project, or when better materials are available for the job. Highly recommended as a repeat customer.

Scott is always a pleasure to work with, very fair and professional. Optimum Signs has cleaned up poor work by other companies and is my go to company in all of Wisconsin. The best part of working with them, besides Scott :), is that they not only have exceptional electrical sign installation skills but they are also great at large scale digitally printed graphics and other vinyl work as well. They are a well rounded company, very responsive with great communication and work hard to accommodate my schedule - even making room for me when there is none.
