I have been a client of Orases for the past 10 years and have always had superior service, and little to no down time on my site and email. As a example of the exemplary service, I had some email mail issues for the first time this past week, and contacted Orases support via email at 9 PM thinking I would get a return call in the morning. Well they called me 10 minutes later after 9pm at night, and walked me through my issue and resolved it that night. Totally amazing support!
