Unfortunately had a really bad business experience with Orchestra Marketing and founder Jocelyn Butler. To sum up, I went to them for a website build, provided all copy, imagery and was in regular communication, but just wasn't listened to as a client. As a result I was presented with mock ups that were way off brand, despite providing feedback (the first one didn't even have my logo on it), and copy that didn't match imagery (the ones I provided were not used) and ended up stopping the project and building it myself with additional hired help. When I asked if the deposit I had paid could be used for another one of their services, I got no reply, and when I asked for a very reasonable amount of my deposit back, I was offered an insulting 15%, though I had offered very fair compensation for the work that was already done. My request to have an open dialogue to see if we couldn't work something more reasonable out, founder to founder, due to the failure of the project was also ignored. Needless to say a very disappointing experience, and hope that no one else has to go through the same.

I am over the moon with my promotional video!I am very impressed with the creativity and professionalism at Orchestra Marketing. The team are great to work with, knowledgeable and experienced in the production of the video, at the same time patient and positive throughout the process. The end product was sent to me quickly and minor changes I requested were done without any hassle. I would recommend to any businesses which are looking to improve their presence and professional image!Edit: The amount of business brought in directly due to the video has paid for its production 20+ times over.
