An absolute joke of a company and not one I would recommend doing business with if you value your time.My reasoning is fairly simple, I applied for a position at the company approximately 2 months ago and following a Skype interview was asked to perform a practical test of skill that took several hours to complete. Once the assignment was handed over I was assured I would get feedback by the following week. It has now been 3 weeks and 2 follow up emails with no reply. A company that can't even be bothered to so much as send a email in response to job applicants who have spent hours working on projects at their request is laughably unprofessional. I can accept not getting the position, but to not have the common courtesy to get back to people following extensive interviewing, testing and follow up emails says a lot about the company as a whole.*Edit: I did eventually get a response 2 months later and it was as follows, make of it what you will. Personally I feel this review had a lot to do with the eventual response seeing as the email assigned to this account and my job application are very different.*Firstly I would like to sincerely apologise for not getting back to you, we had a change in email providers and a lot of emails got lost in this that are starting to come to light. While there is no excuse for this delay please accept my apology and I would like to thank you so much for the time you gave to ORH. Unfortunately in the end we had a very strong candidate with vast experience in both UI and UX and the programmes we use on a daily basis, such as Sketch, while we had hoped to potentially take on someone to work alongside him, at this time we do not have the capacity. I had originally complied some feedback on all submitted designs, however with the delay in response I haven't attached them, if you are still interested in receiving feedback, please let me know and I will send over.
