I have had 4+ visits, appointments, with different aspects of Oregon Imaging center, University District, and have had nothing but great treatment. From ultrasound - cat scan with/without contrast - MRI -full body x-ry (Riverbend) and more - The employees even came in on a Saturday to get patients that cannot come in during the week due to working - that is true patient care. I have been diagnosed with cancer, and these professional technicians, as well as the receptionists, are all top notch. I am unclear why some have negative comments, but I have always been treated professionally, and have not had to wait for my appointment. If there was a wait it was no more than 10 minutes. I have never been rushed through an appointment, and even been told what the next step was going to be. I rate the entire staff at Oregon Imaging Centers, University, and Riverbend as top notch! ca - Eugene, OR
