Dr. Brulotte has been performing infant circumcisions at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital, and in-clinic since 2012. As part of his special interest in family planning, Dr. Brulotte received formal training in No-Needle No-Scalpel Vasectomy (NNNSV) from Dr. Douglas Stein, a world leader in No-Scalpel Vasectomy International (NSVI), and urological surgeon in Tampa, Florida. Dr Brulotte performs vasectomies at the South Ottawa Medical Centre as well as the Asclepios Medical Center.

Overall Feedback:

I've visited OVIC for my son's circumcision and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, both by Dr. Brulotte and nurse Kelsey. Scheduling the appointment has been swift, as their website contains all the information I needed however, the process for the surgery had to be adjusted slightly to comply with health standards pertaining to COVID-19, which means that I was not able to be in the room where the surgery was to take place, and this gave me a little discomfort however, I'm glad I went through with it. Dr. Brulotte and Kelsey were an awesome duo, they gave me the entire run-down of what to expect as well as the simple after-care process. The surgery took 20 minutes, Dr. Brulotte handled my baby expertly and I could hear Kelsey (I think) soothing my child during the procedure. 7 days later my child is fully healed without any complications and Dr. Brulotte explained earlier that he would want to see pictures of the area via email to ensure healing is complete, which I think added to the exceptional customer service. Overall, my experience has been great, the team were amazing and I would definitely recommend Dr. Brulotte for such procedure. My little one is grateful to the OVIC team for their patience and care.
