Otto Printing in my opinion is the best print shop for anything you need letterpressed, gold foiled, embossed, spot colored or just printed in Cincinnati/Covington/Newport area! I have worked with Otto on multiple occasions and they go above and beyond to get your work done and get it done beautifully and by your deadline! I met Sam a couple of years ago when I was buying my letterpress and she has been gracious enough to serve as a mentor for me and has taught me so much about the world and history of letterpressing! Walking into the shop and seeing all the machines and type is like walking back in time and so dang cool! Could not recommend this shop or Sam and the team more! Love Otto Printing!

I use Otto for all my printing needs! They did all of the printing for our wedding, have printed our Christmas cards for the past 5 years and they are the only ones I use for all my professional printing needs! Great service, great quality and reasonably priced!

Unbelievably poor customer service. I ordered prints weeks in advance. When we went to pick them up for a conference, they informed us that the prints would not be ready. I was yelled at by the front desk employee and the owner for questioning why the prints would not be ready. It's unfortunate that lack of organization and service make this local print shop a terrible choice.
