Outsourced HR Solution had been a great avenue for me as I change my career path from Academe to BPO. It is an inspiring and a challenging environment that give individual growth and development while still having a work life balance. It is amazing that I get to have two backups; OHRS and Bartercard South Gold Coast team which is our client in Australia. They give me a great deal of support, appreciate good qualities and give commendation for all my efforts. It is an organisation that do well on collaboration and doing fair business and I will definitely agree to our director that here at OHRS, ‘’no one is set up to fail.’’
