Where do I start. I own an older home that has never had a automatic opener. I contacted James Christopherson who in turn had Mike contact me. I sent Mike some pictures of my garage and he came out to my house to assess the situation with the electrical and which opener would be a good fit for my garage (low clearance). Mike came to my house on a Saturday and installed the opener and helped me with my outlet on the ceiling. He was freaking awesome and did a fantastic job. Hands down the absolute best customer service I have ever received from a company. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Maybe you will be one of the lucky ones and get Mike to do your install or repair.
