I hate writing bad reviews but I don't feel I have any recourse left. I have been trying for months (Since June 28th) to get a response from Rick over at Oz2Designs. All my E-mails and calls have gone without answer. The design work he did was great, but the customer service is REALLY lacking. I'm hoping maybe this review will get their attention so I can get my relatively simple issue resolved.
