This place is REDICULOUS. They took 2 payments out of my account in March and now they cut my water off saying I havent made a payment since March, when they took two payments, still cut my water off and now say I have to pay almost $250.00 to get my water turned back on for a $93.00 payment. Another example of people taking advantage of others.

I’ve always paid my bill, I’m kind to the workers, if there’s a problem I make sure to fix it but after 5 years of this I’m still talked to like I’m scum of the earth by employees in the water department. I don’t get why they’re allowed to treat people poorly? Can anyway tell me who their boss is? They don’t need to be fired but maybe take some training on how to treat customers...

I have no complaints about the service. My only complaint is about the paying your bill online. Who charges a fee to pay your bill online? This is suppose to be a more efficient way of doing things. Instead Ozark Utility Board charges anywhere from 2.75 to 3.75 to pay with your debit card. Why would anyone want to use this service if you are going to pay for it. If anything it eliminates the cost of paying a cashier. Get with the times Ozark.
