Awful service. After asking them to reserve a grip truck, a guy promised me of emailing me right away. No communication at all. I contacted them again on friday midday, but the guy tells me he doesn’t have time. I call them again the end of the day, and the guy was gone; however, the person in floor tells me my reservation never went through.I emailed them again asking what happened, and the guy never even emailed me back. Not even a single apology. What a horrible service.
