Feedback:

I provided Pacific Photo Lab with some video tapes of a few plays I had filmed a while ago to return to me digitally, and when I received them back, they had spliced the acts together of each individual show and exported them in .mov and .mp4 formats. I was so surprised and delighted by this! I have no complaints about the service whatsoever, I only dock a star because they initially told me the process would take about two weeks and it ended up taking nearly a month.
