I highly recommend Painted Pieces. They recently painted a winter scene at the showroom I work for. From the initial call to completion all went very smoothly. Pip and her team are great. They designed a custom scene for me that stands out and looks absolutely amazing. If you are looking for a holiday window scene or any mural call them. You will not be disappointed.

Love Painted Pieces' work! I saw their murals and faux painting around Long Island, and had them do some faux painting in my home and I could not be happier. Sally and her team were great to work with. I cannot wait to work with them again!

BEWARE!!!!! Everything I am going to report here is 100% true. I am a local business owner in Northport for 23 years. I contacted Painted Pieces because my neighbor used them and the art work came out really nice. I contacted Sally the owner to give me an estimate for my building. I explained to her that we are in the Incorporated Village of Northport and we should put in for a permit. Her exact words were "what can they say you are making the entrance to the Village beautiful. I gave a deposit and they started sending me sketches. I had to have her do it over 3 times because it wasn't what I had asked for. So it turns out the Village made my neighbor take down $2400 worth of artwork because Sally told him a permit wouldn't be needed. I talked to sally and said we should put in for a permit. She immediately said "they are not going to let you do it". Not happy about that I asked for my deposit back and was told I would still be billed $500 for the sketches drawn. I had a friend draw the same exact sketch in 12 minutes. When I told Sally that she said we had to draw it over and over and stated "we don't use digital imaging and had to redraw it each time". Lets not forget it had to be done over because it wasn't the right sketch I wanted. You can clearly see it was done digitally and she was caught in a lie. She tried to back pedal but I called her on it. She then agreed to split the $500 with me and 13 days later sent me a refund minus $250!! I had to email and call her twice to get the check or she probably would have not sent it. I contacted another art vendor and they wouldn't even take the job because its Northport Village, and they stated Northport Village would NEVER approve that work and that Painted Pieces being in the business in the next town was aware of that. Very misleading and untrustworthy. Also, as a parting note after Sally gave me the original estimate she tried to raise the price and I told her I didn't want to do it and she lowered it back to the original price!!!!! CONSUMERS BE AWARE!!! I would NEVER use or recommend her to anyone. Like I said everything I said is 100% true and I have no reason to make this up.
