This place is truly amazing. They are kind and caring. Some of the most helpful woman I know. They helped with my pregnancy test, ultrasounds and general information. They have so many resources that can contribute to mom and baby !! Highly recommended !!!

I had an amazing experience with Palmetto! They were the nicest women, very gentle with me during my ultrasound and really helped me become more comfortable with being a first time mommy. No pressure. They explained all my options to me and my fiancé. I HIGHLY recommend this place to parents-to-be!

These group of ladies were absolutely amazing. So kind and informative. Helped me with anything I needed and followed up with me on how I was doing even after my pregnancy! They care about you and your baby so much and don’t ask for dime (unlike planned parenthood, who doesn’t even offer prenatal care). I’m forever grateful for this center!!!

This facility is very professional and at the same time very comfortable, almost like a spa inside. The staff are so friendly and caring. They not only serve your physical needs with a free pregnancy test and ultrasound, but also serve your spiritual and emotional needs as well. I also received free prenatal vitamins, a knitted baby hat, and there's a voucher for free prenatal chiropractic services! I highly recommend them if you are pregnant! I'm so thankful I came to them.

Palmetto Pregnancy Center is very deserving of all 5 stars. I am new to South Carolina, and the service received from the centers staff is nothing short of stellar. They are warm, inviting, courteous and concerned with your well being as well as your family. This is not my first rodeo, in fact I have one set of twin boys and a 5 year old, and I have never been to a center quite like this. They did my ultrasound (free for limited ultrasounds and pregnancy tests, btw) and introduced me to my next set of twins! They were not able to disclose the sex since it is a limited ultrasound, but they way they may me feel, if it weren't for them I probably would've been overwhelmed in light of the news, many centers are cold and uninviting, instead I felt the love and celebration of life, and couldn't be more grateful to be surrounded by such wonderful people. They are spiritual and dedicated, they deserve all the thanks for being so gracious. Thank you PPC, thank you for your prayers and uplifting spirit, you have given my family the much needed motivation to press forward!
