Dealing with the staff a Time a Palomar Printing was a great experience. Everything from the owners answering my questions and concerns late after closing hours as well as the extra touch of SM customer service the end products by far exceeded my expectations.

I've worked with Palomar on several projects and everything has been professionally handled from start to finish. The quality of their work is second to none in Central Mass and the screen printed shirts have the same sharpness and clarity a year and several washes later. Their graphic artist took my random thoughts and created one of nicest banners seen the recent Corvette show in Carlisle, PA. I would highly recommend them.

I have ordered, reordered, and have referred Palomar Printing to others. Never anything but a happy experience, all the time.I cannot fathom why anyone would fault their customer service, it has been great every time I have ordered.Great prices, too! At present, I have ordered many times from this vendor for t shirts (multiple times), jackets, polo shirts, winter jackets, and wind shirts. Also, business cards. Beyond printing, there were embroidery orders, on the jackets and such. The finished product was always awesome. There was once an issue on a business card order; but the speed that the problem was handled, negates the issue completely for me. Any business has speed bumps, it's how things are handled that really is the test of customer service.
