I called and requested a quote over the phone. I was told I'd be contacted with an email with instructions on where to send files. I wasn't contacted. I went to the location the next day. I spoke with the lady at the lobby who had me email her my art work and promised I'd get contacted in two days max. It has been a week. Very unfortunate because I was looking forward to a great service everyone on here is talking about.
