Our firm hired Paperstreet to create our new website, and we chose the Law Firm Essentials product, which is cost-effective and involves a relatively easy process for launching a website. We also asked them to help us with the content. We shared with them our expected launch date, and they began by laying out how the process was going to go, what was going to be expected from us, and approximately how long it would take for each milestone. We really wanted to meet our launch date, so we took our part in the project seriously in that when Paperstreet needed input, we promptly turned that around. One of the things we especially appreciated was the team. When we reached out to Gui or Christine with a question or problem, they were always very knowledgeable, very professional, and very responsive. In the end, we are pleased with both the customer service we received as well as the final product of our website. This was our first experience with Paperstreet. and we look forward to the possibility of engaging with Paperstreet again for other services in the future.
