Paradise Computer Service has all your needs covered when it comes to any computer issues or questions you might have! they work with Windows and Apple based computers and are versed in android devices also.I have known/used them over 10 years and have heard a lot of their happy customers rave about their work!!! Highly recommend them to your family and friends as well as to companies that are experiencing growth and need their business networking system to go to the next level !and yes - if did not call them ahead of time...its ok!..They can help you (as much as possible) after your computer crashed or some other technical calamity.

Service was great! I originally came in with a custom build after not being able to figure it out myself I brought it into Paradise. They were able to fix my mistakes, and show me what I did wrong.

I brought in a laptop that I dropped while it charging. The charging port was damaged. I called and asked them if it was something they could fix. They told to bring it in so they could take a look at it. I turned in my laptop, and the technician informed that it was a "cheap part" and the total cost to replace it would be around $100. Cool, I left. I get a phone call a few days later from I'm assuming another technician, this time the guy tells me the cost of repair is $160 and there was no guarantee that he could fix it. Lol, I'm slightly annoyed but I decide my best bet is to get new laptop. So, I just picked up my laptop and paid $45 for a "diagnostic" fee. Money well spent since I clearly needed them to tell me that I had a broken charging port. 😒 Realistically though, if I had not paid it, I am sure they would have taken my laptop hostage. So, in conclusion my low rating is based on the fact that they charged me a diagnostic fee for refusing the repair, after they told me they couldn't guarantee the repair. ♀️
