Feedback:

Sweatshop working conditions, poor management, horrible scheduling, inconsistent break times, inconsistent operating procedures, employees taking illegal drugs in bathrooms, lack of quality control, chemicals handled/disposed of incorrectly, poor management... Worked in screening department for three years. Got insomnia from working here. Quit twice.

I've never been so poorly treated by a company as a customer attempting to put in an order. I was speaking to Andy from the American Dry Goods section of this company and he was so astoundingly poor at customer service I couldn't believe it.I called to put in an order and for some reason Debbie decided to put it up to the sales manager Andy. Not sure why. Andy asked for my website, which I provided him with all of my URLs. I answered his questions, and provided him with my S Corporation document number and asked why he needed all this information and if he was trying to vet my company.He replied with the following email:“Well yes, we like to vet any potential new customers. I still don't understand what your business model is here. Maybe some direct answers to these questions will help. 1) Where are you going to sell your hats? 2) Who are you targeting selling the hats to. 3) What logos are going on the hats. I am sorry if this is frustrating for you but I am just trying to figure out your hat plans. Thanks, ANDY”I don't know why he needs to know what my business model is. It's none of his business. Aside from that, I’d already provided the information he was asking me to the initial sales person that I spoke to. So he clearly doesn’t bother to get data from his sales people.I went ahead and answered his questions and told him he either needs to take me on as a customer or to give me a reason why I don’t qualify as a customer.He had the gall to reply with this:“We reserve the right to sell to anyone we choose and it is important that we know who we are dealing with. This has been a rather bizarre exchange and at this point, we feel like you should find another supplier. Best of luck.  ANDY”So… I recommend finding a different supplier if I were you. They have horrible customer service and have employed someone who clearly doesn’t care about their customers.
