I purchased and have in writing an order for a frame tent, but instead was delivered a pole tent. The tent delivered required a complete overhaul of the layout of my wedding as the dance floor needed to be under a covered space. The DJ, dance floor, schedule, decorations, and catering all required reorganization due to the incorrect tent being delivered.Upon confronting Robin (the owner) about this, she stated that a frame tent can have support poles coming down to the ground in the middle of the tent footprint. I've researched this extensively and also contacted other tent companies to verify their definition of a frame tent vs. pole tent and found that no company identifies a frame tent as a tent that utilizes poles coming down from the center peaks to support the structure from the ground.I followed-up with the third party set-up company used to assemble the tent and they also confirmed that the structure installed was in fact a pole tent, and not a frame tent.No refund or compensation was given after confronting the error by PartyOnStillwater. If you want to work with a company that does in fact know the product that they are selling, avoid this one. They will not refund, will not attempt to go the extra mile to recover the service mistake, and will leave you with numerous added expenses as a result of their lack of product knowledge.
