Went in recently and was greeted almost as soon as I walked through the door. The guys in there were nice and said to ask for all the help I needed. While I was in there though I over heard one man who I assume is a manager start getting onto the employee about something to do with not researching a particular item properly. I’ve been in management for years myself and know that there’s a time and place to instruct and/or chastise employees and out in front of customers is neither of those. It’s very unprofessional, makes the employees feel worse about the situation, and just shows poor management skills. I felt sorry for the kid and thought that a shop this nice could do a little better

Poor businessman I went to pawn an item and was only asking at least a third of what it was worth he admitted that it was worth a couple hundred more refused to do business because of how long it would take to sell it, I was pawning the item so to use that excuse could only suggest he never expected me to make my payment which is labeling me but saying all new customers can't b trusted. Bad business in my eyes what he should've been thinking was here's a quick buck I'm helping a new customer and even if he doesn't 0ay I'll make the business a couple hundred minimum in the long run
