While friendly and kind, the follow up was absolutely non-existent. My website was designed with the goal stated FROM THE BEGINNING that I wanted occasional assistance and follow up with regards to updates. When we ran into difficulty with updates, PC Pierce became difficult to contact; never returning my emails, calls, attempts to contact. After numerous attempts, I received an apology and lunch meeting was arranged with a verbal agreement that my updates would be completed within 2 weeks to 1 month. That was 3 YEARS ago. While I received monthly automated emails about promises to do 'whatever it takes' to stay involved, my email and call requests were NEVER responded to until I requested to be released, at which time I was then billed for the upcoming YEAR, not the previous year. PC Pierce has refused to release and has locked his information so my website cannot be released. This is deplorable business in my eyes, because my requests were never responded to. Is that really worth $100????? REALLY? This business unfortunately is not even worth rating.
