Client Review on PC Pro Now, Store

Feedback:

First time customer and a VERY happy one at that. A hobby PC of mine had been malfunctioning on and off recently and finally would not boot up. While I once repaired these things as a matter of course at work and home, I've gotten to the point where I needed to find a professional for repairs and perhaps a build of a custom machine in the future. I'll look no further. I dropped my machine off at the shop in Berlin, NJ on a Wednesday afternoon; Dave committed to diagnosing the problem that afternoon and calling me in a couple of hours with repair information, price, etc. He was as good as his word, called and reviewed what was found and I accepted the repair. A memory module was needed, delivered to him and installed with a resulting repaired machine by that Friday afternoon. I definitely recommend PC PRO NOW and will not hesitate to consult with Dave for future repair.
