Took iPhone 7+ with smashed hope buttonmd screen in and was under the impression the home button was being replaced. The guy got right to work on the phone and I came back in an hour, like he’d said to. He had replaced the screen ($130) but left the smashed home button, telling me it would be another $75 to replace that, even though I had told him that I needed the home button to work when I had gone in initially. Pretty unhappy.

$325 to replace a screen when the insurance is $150....😂😂😂😂😂 NO! When I called a man barely speaking English asked me what Kind of phone I had and once I provided the info and the screen cracked information he gave me the price of $325. It actually only cost me $29 with my phone insurance through the phone co. Idk who is there working for you but in person quote is not what I got.

My computer had water damage and stopped turning on. Apple told me it would be a minimum of $500 to get fixed. I took it to Pro Solutions and they got my computer on and working in less than a day, and I only had to pay the $50 diagnostic fee! They really helped me out. Also I chose not to get the liquid damage cleaning because I have time sensitive work i need to do, but they were only going to charge me a total of $150. They said when and if I decide to get it done, the $50 I already paid will go towards the $150 cost to get it cleaned. Great customer service and they get the job done, and they're affordable.

This place ruined my phone. I went in to replace my battery and phone screen and they ripped me off. They replaced my battery with another old battery they just wrapped up to appear new, ripped out the piece of my phone that stops it from reacting to touching my face during phone calls, and replaced the screen with a screen that stopped working within 3 weeks.
