Feedback:

Very dodgy! Do not trust this business. Went in to purchase a pc case part (fan), he came out with a really cheap no name part with no packaging and tried to pass it off as a high end brand name part. When I asked to see the brand name and serial number on the part he hid it from me and said he wasn't going to sell it to me!

Put my daughters ipad in to be fixed and paid upfront. He said the end of the day. I was overjoyed at that so when I went back and got ipad screen didnt work so he ordered a sensor and said a week. When I went in he said sorry next wed then Wed came and it was then Friday morning. When I was at the shop early Friday morning 9am NO ONE WAS THERE. I called up and he said go to the shop in half hour the worker was going to open at ten as he was in Melbourne for training. So I went in at ten only to be told he had the key to the safe in Melbourne and didnt know when he would be back (im guessing Monday after the weekend) so its taken three weeks to fix the thing and Ive told my daughter THREE TIMES it was ready to be picked up because thats whT I got told. Just a bit of incompetence and Im frustrated as I still dont have it.

Awful prices, had phone screen bought in for repair ($170!!!) and it came back with a terrible crack in the back cover due to negligence which they tied to hide. Would not even admit their mistake or fix for free. Avoid these highwaymen of electronics.

Been to PC Room twice now, once for a new Thermaltake PSU for my desktop, which is still going fine after a nearly two years, maybe three - lost count. And recently for a CD/DVD drive, my experiences have always been good and the service has always been friendly.

My phone was partly submerged in liquid and that too on Anzac Day! I couldn't hear any sound, thought that the speaker was bust. I looked around and found this store to be open, and the gentleman was kind enough to take my phone in there and then and was returned to me in tip-top condition in 1 hour! Great service. 5 stars.
