Chris at the PC Support Source has been with our business since we started with computers. Back in 1994, we had a single Apple doing our billing in Word! Today, thanks to his efforts, we have a 10 station network with Integrated Quantum 50 (Peachtree) accounting, Act! (including remote sync to laptops in the field), A networked scanner, copier, network projector, color laser, label makers and UPS shipping. He implemented automated daily backup of all our data with disaster recovery. He also created our website(s), managed our Google AdWords marketing, and built an internal SharePoint site we use for scheduling and internal information. if that isn't enough, he built and setup our Server and the PCs customized with fast SSD drives. We've had barely a hardware issue year in and year out. He's setup every system on LogMeIn and can instantly login and solve issues as they come up. His prices are reasonable and he even works off hours and weekends at no extra charge to avoid downtime for our employees. On top of that, Chris is friendly, with a great sense of humor and never makes anyone feel stupid for not knowing what to do.In summary, we couldn't be happier with Chris at the PC Support Source, and look forward to many more productive years together.
