Very pleasant to deal with. The man is very patient and thorough. And the best thing is he doesn't take over the computer and do the task himself...he guides you through so you are doing it yourself. That's how I learn. His fee was reasonable and I was very impressed with his knowledge in other areas like my cell phone. Happy to have found him and I'm continuing with him next week.
