I am so happy I found this wonderful group of people. Every person I have talked to and the two who have come to my home (Joshua and Mike) have been so patient and listened to all of my questions and concerns. They have never made me feel they were rushed for time and have made my computer and laptop run smoother than ever before. They have added things to both that should have been on them from the very beginning. If I could shout from the rooftops how I feel, I would do so. I say to all who see this message, give them a call. You will be so very glad you did. Every time I ask a question, they know the answer. I feel so secure when they come to my home because I know the results will always be great. It is the best decision I have ever made, and I have been thru the mill with other techs with results sometimes a nightmare. WOW! The PC Works....so great.

I started using PC Works 3 years ago when I moved to Prescott, AZ. I use their home service, as it is so nice to not have to go into a store for service. The service is not only excellent every time I need them, but very knowledgeable, quick to solve any problem, educate me along the way and always available within a day or two. Friendly and efficient . I wouldn't use anyone else! I am one totally satisfied repeat customer.

Years ago I used PC Works to adjust and clean up. Since then we both had moved. I found PC again and found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable with my laptop so when I had issues with my iPad there was no doubt I was going back to PC Works. Thanks again PC....
