After doing a great job of re-designing our website PCM have done a fantastic job of upgrading and replacing all our computers and installing a new server. I would like to say a huge thank you to Lucas for sorting out an issue we had with a faulty external hard drive. We had important documents that were becoming an issue to try and retrieve. After speaking with Lucas and having him go through a screen share with me he managed to help me access the information. What was no doubt a very simple process for him it has saved us both a lot of time and money. We cannot thank him enough.

We called PCM when we had a problem with our IT and they visited us the same day. Since then they've been excellent and have helped us enormously. They just took control of the problem and sorted it, liaising with our suppliers. I'd confidently recommend the PCM team, particularly Matt.

We have a monthly support contract with PCM. We find them to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. In 2 years, we haven't had a problem they couldn't fix. If I'm thinking of buying new hardware, I ask for their advice, and have had some great machines as a result. I sometimes wonder how we ever managed without them.
