Matt was so kind! My beloved computer experienced a near fatal crash in the middle of finals week, and he walked me through my options, helped a broke college student find the most cost effective plan, and had my computer fixed and back home in no time flat! Even managed to save all my important files! Afterward, he answered all my questions about basic computer maintenance, AND carried my computer out to my car when he saw i was strong with it. Can't praise this place enough!

This was the worse experience ever I would give them zero stars if possible. The guy was completely Ruid and arrogant after I asked for a diagnosis. Come to find out he did something to my computer and whipped it completely. The computer no longer comes on at all and I lost years of work. I will only go to best buy now as I do not trust anyone else with my property anymore.

I had my tower power supply fail and needed to get my files back and restored. Matt and Ryan provided me with the service I expected at a fair value. I have built my own systems in the past but chose to have Ryan design my new system according to my needs. Files were recovered by Matt since no permanent damage was done to hard drive. Highly recommend.

They are great. They are honest. If something may be to expensive to fix they will direct you somewhere cheaper. Needed to get a screen for my son's iPhone XR..they said it will be about $250..they said to try Best Buy as it may be cheaper..yes it was. Only costed us $60.00 and it was ready in an hour.

These guys are intelligent, composed, and have great customer service. They went above and beyond to fix my PC. They didn’t try to add a bunch of extra fees as most PC repair shops would. My PC now has a fresh OS, cleaned, virus protection and Microsoft Office all installed within 24hours with a great price.This was my second time doing business with them and I highly recommend using them.
