Feedback:

Problematic connection for years. Started using the application PingPlotter and found most of my issues related to high latency and packet loss from the internal peak servers. Customer service has never been helpful.

PEAK has been going in and out consistently for the past year. It’s been about a year of me or someone else in the household calling at least ONCE A MONTH because the internet goes out. At one point, we didn’t have internet for a week for no other reason than the “tower went out.” If the tower consistently goes out then maybe it should be fixed. Additionally, the internet for the past couple days has been extremely spotty and it makes it difficult to finish projects for my midterms, which are all online.

Been dealing with an extremely unreliable connections from peak for years. Have called on multiple occasions having a technician come out to take a look, none of which actually fixed the problem. One second the connection will be fine then BAM, it takes a minute to load google.

I have been having problems with my connection for well over a year. I have told the service department many times. I would go with another company if I had any other options. The people however are very nice.

PEAK Internet is a wonderful company and great community partner. They are consistently involved in organizations in their neighborhood and strive to keep communities thriving and safe for children and families. PEAK participated in our Diaper Drive and raised almost 3,000 diapers for the parents and children in Linn County. PEAK is amazing and we're so excited to continue our partnership with them in the future.

We have had Peak Internet in 2 homes in Woodland Park. The one thing that stands out with this company is the service. Yes, the service! I have always been able to get someone on the phone. Couteous, Professional and always willing to help. The best thing about our experience is their "Dream Team" in the field. The "Dream Team" as I like to refer to them is Caleb and Clay. Two professional troubleshooters, wi-fi experts, and solution based associates. They always come through.

I'd give zero stars if I could, Peak is awful in customer service. The place where I work was having a computer problem so we called them to see if they might know why, a tech came out, maybe for 10 minutes, listened to what I told him, did 0 research while he was there apart from what I told him and said he would go back to the office to ask people who might know excel better and would call back in a few days, never called back and when called to check in they never answered. If you can find someone else to help with computer problems.
