Feedback:

I have been a customer at Peoria Camera Shop for years. I have ALWAYS talked about how wonderful their prints and prices are to my clients...and while thats true, it doesn't matter when the customer service is terrible! I came into the shop yesterday to make some wall prints for our new home and to design our Christmas cards. I spent approximately 1 hour at the kiosk designing our card perfectly, ordering wall prints of our brand new family portraits and placing my order (It was a little under $100 order). When I tried to put my order through, it wouldn't allow me to choose cash payment, which is literally all I had! I asked them to override the system so I could pay for my order in cash and was told it wasn't possible!!! Its fine if you won't accept cash, but PUT UP A SIGN TO WARN YOUR CUSTOMERS!! I wasted an hour of my time for absolutely nothing and left the store in tears. I am appalled at how I was treated yesterday and will likely not be back. So disappointed in this establishment.
