He gets a 3 only because the video was ok (just ok nothing that wow'd me) and brought back all the good memories but it was a headache getting the final product from him. We received our DVD 339 days after our wedding, yes folks that is about 2 weeks shy of a year. After multiple phone calls, text and emails, locating cashed checks from 2 years ago we finally have it in hand. Good-friendly, showed up on time and stayed past our contract time to get some extra shots Bad-was in every single photography shot, does not keep good records of payments, does not send invoices or receipts, does not return phone calls. If you chose to go with this company I would document everything and follow up with a written email so that you can refer to it later.
