I own and operate a pest control company. I started with pestroutes approximately in June 2019. I had personnel changes that would put me out about six months from using their pestroutes system.They told me they would pause my account til I had the man power to implement their system.I told them I would cancel the plan so they charged me $1500 to cancel my agreement! Last month service plus $1200 bucks.I will make this as simple as possible, this forced me to look at other avenues to accomplish my forms and billing!I found the solution - jotforms.I paid $300 for unlimited forms, better than pestroutes, for an entire year.The client a has better looking invoice.Unlimited employees!Map interaction.Scheduling, bookkeeping and a plethora of payment options.I guess in some ways if I didn’t have personnel changes I would have kept pestroutes a very complicated system that takes a very long time to adapt and implement.Btw my customers complained about pestroutes invoices from day one.I only billed maybe 50 invoices with pestroutes.Buyer beware! You better make dang sure you’re going to use this program before you join up with this group.I have no affiliation with JOTFORMS. I solely make my living from owning and operating a pest control business. To say I feel burned by pestroutes is an understatement!The Xterminator 8/14/2019
