This place is a joke people quit or get fired constantly and medisize along with xms seem to enjoy this. The management is cocky to the point of harassment and HR sucks they don't care complaining does no good it just gets worse. XMS employment agency only exist because they get commission for every person they hire so they keep hiring and medisize along with xms will tag team you with a termination paper! I would always dread the next day. You will be much happier and have a better job working somewhere else.

Pay is good. But management sucks. They treat their employees like crap. Dont matter who you talk to they are rude and have an attitude. The reason they are contently hiring is because the employees quit do to how their being treated. I'm surprised with how hostile the environment is that management even has jobs or that they are even open still. I feel sorry for how people get treated like they ain't even humans or even have a manager to turn to, to discuss how their feeling. When one person called HR they told him if he didn't like it quit or go get counseling. Just distasteful and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to work there. Worst place to work by far.
