Over an hour wait to talk to an attendant. Really? Whatever happened to being public servants? Who has the time or patients to wait over an hour. I'm a public servant and could never be that disrespectful to someone. Hope this branch of government can get some accountability. Needed badly.

If you dont want to feel insulted and ridiculed then STAY AWAY! The employees in this branch are EXTREMELY rude and callous. Especially the lady who seems to be in charge. I’ve been here twice and every time I end up feeling angry and insulted by how they treat customers. Unbelievable. I’d rather drive to the other end of town than come here. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen!

The people who work here are courteous, helpful, and personable. I have sent everything from bulk mail to heavy packages of liquid shipping over seas and I even applied for my passport at this location. No matter what department or service I've used, the staff here works efficiently and patiently.
