I mailed something priority and admittedly got the address wrong. The website let me know that the package would be sent to the proper address once I corrected it. 10 days later it was returned to sender and I had to pay again. I’ve spent over $100 for 14 day delivery and a deceitful website.

WORST Place to get mail delivered from!!this is the second time i order a package and USPS states that it been delivered into my mailboxcalled today for another package that stated the same but also nothing in my Apartment mailbox,have waited 1 hr on hold just for the lady to pick up and hang up on me. then called again and she was laughingly asking for my INFO AGAIN! and put me on gold while giggleing , and on hold for 1 hr and NOTHING !!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I CANNOT BELIEVE HOW TRUE ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS ARE. SHANIQUE had me on hold for over an hour and a half I would copy the screenshot of the phone call If I could. Day 1 July 3rd-Recieved a notice about an attempted delivery signature required I missed, went online (an option per notice) rescheduled delivery for following Sat 7/7/2018 and also requested text notification.Day 5 July 7th- Mail carrier came, I asked if he had my item he said no he didn't recieve redelivery request, "I promise" he said. I told him I had the email confirmation he said "he didn't have anything for me but he remembered the first attempted delivery". I called the 1-800 #, was on hold 1 hour lady said she would schedule another redilvery for Tues July 10th. Day 7 July 9th- I went in to this location at 8:30 am. After speaking to an employee that went to the back to look for my item I waited and the counter 1 hour and 45 mins only so the employee could come back and tell me she could not find the item. She would ask the carrier when he got back at end of day.Day 8 July 10th- mail carrier dropped off regular mail, NO DELIVERY OF ITEM THAT WAS RESCHEDULED FOR DELIVERY!CALLED AND SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR SHANIQUE 4:30. she then put me in hold to look for item, came back and said mail carrier wasn't back yet but she would ask him when he got there where the item was took my cell number and she she would call me same day. Never called me back.Day 9 July 11th- called and asked for SHANIQUE, she came to the phone asked who I was and my address then quickly put me on hold again for 1 hour and 45 mins. I thought everyone was gone but was surprised when she came back on the line and said rudely she couldn't find the item to call back in the morning and speak to the manager Jude, she wouldn't give me a last name. I asked her before we hung if she can see the tracking on it then I explained about the text I was receiving and she said she didn't have access to that and couldn't see any of what I was seeing (below) because it was a different system. WHAT A JOKE!!All the while this was all playing out I was receiving text notifications on the status but I thought it was incorrect because it showed the item leaving Arlington, to Coppell Distribution, to Garland, then attempted delivery to my home THEN back to Coppell, then to Fort Worth Distribution and now it just shows its on its way to NEXT Facilty where ever that is.UNBELIEVABLE!!!!Please pray I recieve my item soon because I fear the check that is enclosed will be expired by the time I finally do recieve it with this kind of service.SAD THAT THESE ARE THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF OUR MAIL.

Absolute WORST customer service. I called 7 times and one time they picked up the phone just so it would stop ringing and set it on the counter. The lady was very rude and gave me no actual help or answers. I will be calling corporate.

This has been my post office for several years. I always find the staff friendly and helpful. They often have to hold my mail for weeks at a time and I have never had any bad experiences. My mail carrier is friendly also. As for waiting in line, I have found it to be about the same here as at any other post office. They are understaffed, but it is not their fault. The entire postal system is in a bind, with no money with which to make improvements, hire additional staff, etc. The phone situation is admittedly a problem to those who cannot visit in person. Other customers should go in and take care of problems in person. Have you tried being nice to them and putting yourselves in their shoes? It might achieve your mission quicker than whining and groaning.
