Not really sure about some of these reviews, the office was awesome on getting me in ASAP as I was not happy with my previous provider. Dr Digiorgi is AMAZING. With one visit we had a plan on what we should do from here. I had BW done and her assistant/nurse called me right away with the results in preparation for the next step. I will not go anywhere else, The whole staff is amazing from the front desk to the nurses. Every time I call someone answers or calls me right back. I would say don't go by these reviews and make an appointment yourself and see.

They charge you not only for the test, than you have to go back and they charge you again for your test results. I think that is wrong to make people pay twice not just for the test but if you want the results they hold them for you to pay again.

The doctors have been keep me coming back they’re great, but the office staff is a disgrace I could write a book on the mistreatment I’ve recieved from them hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had just trying to make an appointment for my ultrasound has been hands down the worst part of my entire pregnancy.

I have been a patient here for 15 years. I've always had great experiences with the doctors, the office staff not too much, they don't seem to care about patients or helping when issues arise. Wait times have also always been extremely long. I switched to Lee Physicians, and can't believe it took me so long, so much better!

Not happy with their policy. Daughter-in-law was in between insurances, got pregnant with her 4th child and had previously been their patient. By the time she finished the Medicaid process, followed the Medicaid procedure of having to be seen by a primary care doctor first, and awaited a call from this office, she was quite into the pregnancy. After 2 weeks of waiting (now at 20+ weeks pregnant), was told she is too far along and too high of a risk to be seen. I'm thinking the doctors must want to play it safe- hopefully anyone going here has a great pregnancy with NO issues- they may not be able to handle it properly.

I would never set up an appointment with them again! No symphaty for patients. After Drivig from Lehigh all the way to Palm Royal Drive, I got to the parking lot at 9:05 (my appointment was at 9 I was 5 min late) get to the main entrance and there is a sing that says "Use other door" I start walking around looking for another entrance from one side to the other, it took me 5 min (being pregnant I'm slower) I called the receptionist at 9:11which explained that we can still use that entrance the door is just very difficult to open. I'm finally inside and sign in at 9:13, took a sit, they call my name amd ask me to sign papers, ask me if I did my ultrasound already, when I said no, they sent me to another room where the lady says that I was 20 minutes late and that she didn't had time to do the ultrasound that I need to reschedule! I WAS NOT 20 MINUTES LATE! this is an ultrasound that I wanted to get done because Dr. Told me that baby girl has 50% chance to have Down Syndrome, do you really think I wanted this to happen?? Anyways, called another dr. Got my med records and not coming back to this place.
