Client Review on Pickups Plus Cars

Feedback:

They gave me a quote to install a hitch and trailer wiring and I made an appointment. They installed the hitch and then called saying it was ready, but they couldn't install the wiring because the plug they had didn't match the one available on the taillight. They suggested going to the dealer to have wiring installed and refunded a portion of the cost of the installation. Unfortunately, the dealer says the manufacturer doesn't offer the parts needed to install the wiring. I called Pickups Plus again and they still didn't offer a solution other than going back to the dealer. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do after paying to have a hitch installed and still not being able to tow the trailer. Pickups Plus should know how to solve the problem and finish the job themselves or stop offering hitch and wiring installation.
