Overall Feedback:

This store is the worst place in the world to drop off a package. Sounds simple, right? You drop off a package, pay the bill and they print up a shipping label and wait for the driver to pick it up. I am not sure what goes on over there, but I had a friend drop off a package to ship to me in Hong Kong. It sat in the store for 5 days. Wednesday morning, the package is still in the store and has not left and according to UPS it was never picked up. When a company's business is shipping expedited packages, you would think the people handling the job would be able to take the package, pick it up with their hands and hand it to the UPS driver when he arrives. How much work is that? I am headed back to pick up the package, demand a refund and then over to FedEx, where they seems to be able to send packages instead of forgetting that they were dropped off. How GD pathetic.
