I hired Tom Knoble of Pig Art Graphics to redesign my website. It has been over 5 months. Tom has cut off communications with me; he doesn't respond to emails or texts. He has done absolutely nothing on my project. So I have moved on. But he has my deposit and has not returned it to me. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. I am going to sue him in small claims court. My advice? Pretty simple. Stay away!
