Nice people, very helpful when I brought in a load that was a bit out of the ordinary. It took awhile to get it all figured out, but all was fine in the end.

The negative reviews aren't a lie. Rude, unprofessional, spent over 12 hours here for 6 pallets that they couldn't wait to get (called me at least 1-2 times an hour about it.) I won't be back.

Just like all pilgrims I've been too. They have no clue about logistics and how it should run. All of their facilities are outdated. Especially for today's trucks. No room to maneuver their docks are in the most unlogical places. Also they all keep too many trailers, that take up all the space.

It was my first time coming here. Truckers try to avoid this load.I checked in at 11:40 a.m. Got a door at 1:50 p.m. Completed loading at 3:20 p.mPaperwork was given at 7:30 p.m I can’t believe paperwork took 4 hours.

Here I was thinking it’s pet food it will be sitting here ready to go right? Nope we won’t have any until after midnight. Your reputation is a very bad one in all areas of this facility apparently. Sorry maybe you should find your own trucks. I won’t be back ever.

Definitely Bogus. Your going to wait. Forget your appointment time. They will let the reefer get damn near 50 degrees before they unload it. Makes me not wanna eat chicken

What a joke, please park and wait for a phone call... I am delivering bloody breadcrumbs for your stinking chicken. After the way my drivers were treated today, I will never haul anything for you, nor buy your stuff. You make other meat processing plants look like champions!
