We purchased a new home we found on the lake vs had it built. First day I walked in I knew my wife would want this home, so ahead of her first viewing I put an eagle eye to the detail and craftsmanship. Being very happy myself I felt comfortable bringing her to see it, and as expected she said “This is it”. Having spent already close to a year looking on the lake I knew this house would sell quick, so we put a bid in and it became our home. Pineridge Realty was very easy and highly professional to deal with, and the house is as sound and well built as any I have ever had in the past. The few minor items in our punch list were addressed with the upmost satisfaction. Ryan and his team are excellent to work with and any of them I’d welcome at my table.
