Client Review on PIP Marketing, Signs, Print

Feedback:

I contacted PIP to print and cut my specialty wedding invitations. When I sent Katrina my documents for printing/cutting she never responded. I called her about a week and a half later and she told me she was looking for a third party to cut my invitations and she’ll let me know as soon as she can get someone to do it. It’s been well over a month and I still have not heard anything back. I even contacted them multiple times to follow up and received no response. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend using them especially if you have an item needed by a specific deadline.
