Chris and his staff are to me life savers. Chris has excellent knowledge and is a Microsoft problem solver. He took care of my problems when I was scammed and the scammer disabled both of my computers.

Ask the right questions, you get good service. Knowlegable owner/operator. Need a part or fix, won't over charge for diagnostic to determine what needs to be done to get you back on track with your system. Like most every shop though you might pay a bit extra for the convienence this is the only parts/repair shop from beaver to PGH .

Complete rip off they charged me $150 for old sticks of ram and they took my good hard drive and put in a low grade cheap hard drive
