I don't know what these people are talking about. Their customer service is out of this world especially Ethan, I have used about 10 of their plugins and I have only had 1 issue. Ethan helped me and it turned out it was user error. I highly recommend Pixel Film Studios

Very puzzling to see the negative reviews of the plugins. We have bought several and so far all work very well as advertised. For us, Pixel Film is a huge value and very useful. Have not got into using all of them, but first 5-6 are great. Saved huge time. If one person has really written over 1,000 products, he is quite industrious.

This seems to be a one man show shop run by David Austin, who only a couple f years ago still was doing wedding videos. So far i purchased only a handful for their plugins, one of them did not work at all, and support people(likely the guy himself faking another name etc) is not fixing the plugin at all, but this support conversation keeps on answering questions i never had asked, i am guessing to satisfy a conversation with themselves. Since 2014 this plugin has never worked, and this one man show, David Austin , is hiding behind a seemingly serious store. I do Not want my money back, i want this software to work as advertised , or that he stops selling nonfunctioning software. i would advice everyone out there to look for plugins somewhere else, very shady shop here ! it seems that 3 of 4 reviews are written by David austin or his wife Christine Austin themselves, a clear conflict of interest here.
